I have a question I'm 36 weeks and I'm 17 and I don't know how to tell if I'm in labor or not..but I feel my tummy tightening and I feel a little bit of pains but not super severe.

it is doesn't hurt your not in labor. if they get 5 minutes apart and last a min each then go to hospital

I was having irregular contractions at the hospital and they didn't hurt but the nurse told me they were contractions so if you're worried go in, but i think if it's labor they'll definitely hurt.
