We found out we are pregnant I'm 4 weeks and 3 days.. Silly very early.. I ate dinner and my right side is killing me.. It doesn't feel like a Miscarriage I have had 2.. I also have had 3 great pregnancies.. I don't want to go to the hospital for them to tell me this is just start of pregnancy but also don't want it to be something.. Thoughts anyone?
