Okay so I don't get it..if your lower back hurts, how is that a contraction if it's not really…

It can be a contraction... It's called back labor and if it's not timetable then they might be irregular, might just be BH.

when it was me the pain in my back started out dull then got sharper and started wrapping around towards my stomach I didn't know how to count my contractions either so when my Dr asked I guessed about 15-20 mins apart because I was in extreme pain a couple times a hour apparently i was off because I went into labor a hour later

yeah I was having contractions every 5 mins and then it stopped and having a constant dull lower back pain.. so I'm just wondering how the heck.. I bled a little like 2 hours ago and started with the cramping and all this other stuff so I'm just trying to keep a eye on it. @babykam

@muvah.earthh, I had my baby at 39 weeks and if your pain in your stomach starts again if I were you I'd go to the er by the time I went I was fully dilated cuz I wasn't sure how to count my contractions and I have a high pain tolerance but if you feel like you need to shit and have extreme pressure in your 🐱 go to the er, go before if possible cuz any of kind of unusual pain and spotting can be labor

I hate that my doctor was like "you will know when you're in labor" cause I also have a very high pain tolerance and knowing me as a FTM, I'll give birth on my bed 😂😂😂 but I will deff take your advice love, thank you @babykam
