I was just reading if baby not engaged completely u can do circles with hips on ball or a figure of eight to help baby descend esp if u experience stalled labor etc. .dunno if thats helpful??

@leigh-amyxo Probably aren't dilated enough hun :) My waters broke before I started dilating. But if you contractions start first..then your waters don't usually break until you are ready to push xx

Yeah I was 1cm lastnight, really wish I knew if I was dilating even more though, sucks not knowing @winterbaby95 xx
