Just because you waited to have children(30yrs+) doesn't mean you're a better mother or more stable than us young mothers. I'll be 20 in September and will also be having my THIRD child in September, married to the father of my children(8yrs older than I), have two cars, my husband works, has his GED and going to school for truck driving. I have my GED, and will be starting my nursing school(4yrs long) this winter. No our lives aren't perfect, we don't have over the top things, but one thing is, we are comfortable, our children have more than they need, they get their wants, and so do my husband and I, so just because we aren't "professional", didn't go to college for years, got married then had children doesn't mean we aren't good parents to our children, doesn't mean our children go without because we don't make as much as you, and definitely doesn't mean we shouldn't have anymore children. When you pay our bills, feed us,and care for us then tell me (or other young mothers) what we should do, till then shut your old waiting to have a baby at the "perfect" time ass up or get off this app because this is a place for mothers of ALL AGES to come express themselves during pregnancy (rant, sharing, feelings, questions, info) not just you older ones.

I was a young mother at 22 with 2 kids back to back and age has nothing to do with it, I matured very fast because I didn't have a choice so there's a mix of parents that don't take care of there kids but it doesn't have to do with age all the time.. I'm 37 now and about to have a baby again... I've seen 50 year olds that are drug addicts or always partying and have babies and leave them behind...it all comes down to each person...

@squishy3, exactly. I was pregnant with my first at 14( wasn't planned) and since then I haven't even gone out partying or drinking, and even tho I missed out on what teenagers do, my children mean more to me and they need me.

Your doing good..don't worry about what others say, as long as your baby's are taken care of, nothing else matter...:)

Please don't let negative nancies get to u! They don't matter. I got the young mother ish all the time got pregnant with my first at 20, which I didn't even consider that young. Just do u, u know who u r what u are about as a mother. Screw what everybody else says.
