tmi!!! but does anyone find that they don't go for a no 2 very often.... its driving me nuts x

I only went every couple of days all the way through my pregnancy apart from towards the end! Speak to your midwife if you get too uncomfortable, they may prescribe you some lactulose @donzi.harri x

You won't believe the hassle I've had, before I got a prescription I was only moving my bowels once every two weeks and when I was going to the toilet it was literally like giving birth out my bum🙈 Blood everywhere. So I spoke to my midwife and I got a prescription for lactulose, its not a laxotive, laxotives are so bad when your pregnant, can soften your cervix, the laxtulose softens your stools only and its helped me move my bowels every other day which is a huge difference for me.Xxx

@kim.m., I love the taste of lactulose lol its so more ish. it does work well I just forget to take it.. like my vitamins. @mrshamiltonxo yes the things we go thru xx
