well I never shared my labor story so here it is! I went into labor and delivery at 5 cm feeling contractions every two minutes, they checked me a hour later and I was at a six so they transfered me into my own room. I didn't have any pain meds at this point my fiance went downstairs to smoke a CIG and by the time he got upstairs I was screaming with every contraction turns out I dilated from a six to a nine in less then half a hour! When I was nine cm i finally got that beautiful thing called a epidural and it worked wonders! I dilated to a 10 shortly after and my water still hadn't broke so the nurse broke it and gave me he choice to either start pushing or let my daughter labor down on her own, I Chose to labor down for two hours and when I started pushing my babu came right out no Rips or tears just a easy simple labor 🙌🙌 The nurses were telling me how rare it is for them to see spontaneous labors now a days, I absolutely loved it! if I could redo it all I would!

My midwife broke my water while checking to see how dilated I am 😩😩 6-7 CM I’m so ready 😭😭
Got to the hospital at 4 am to start my pitocin, well.. I was put on the drip at 430 am , and was 4cm dilated and 80 percent effaced, an hour later. The nurse came in to check me, hours later, and I was at 6 cm. I got the epidural at 6cm.. But it didn't work for me, no more than 20 minutes later, I couldn't take the pain, I was screaming and crying.. And felt everything.. most terrible pain ever, I called for my nurse to come in and she checked me again, said I was ready to deliver, babys head ...
Was so close to having my daughter this way but as i pushed my water broke 😩
Checked in at 4am february 1st.. started my pitocin drip at 5. I was 3cm dilated when i checked in. Things were progressing pretty slowly until my doctor broke my water at 7 am. I got my epidural done when i was 7 cm dilated, my nurse came in to check me and said baby was in plus 1 station. From there it went rather quickly, once my cervix was complete, she did practice pushes with me, i did 3 practice pushes with a few contractions and she said not to practice push anymore because baby was crow...
3 cm dilated gonna have me walk around for a few hours to see if i progress or loose more fluid then go from there. If i don't dilate more I'll be going home.
