That's not necessarily true at all @peaceinfall . When you're pregnant you have a lot more blood running through your body. My OB said its nothing to be worried about.
@jesjeslovesyou, Yes and because of the blood building in your body rapidly for the baby she needs to hydrate herself. It's what I was told when I was complaining in the beginning. Also let your self rest and nap.
@peaceinfall, I'm just saying that you can be as hydrated and well fed as a fish and still get dizzy. That's what's happening to me now. The lady with the degree said I'm as healthy as a horse. It's just another pregnancy symptom. Couldn't hurt to drink more water and see if that helps love, @natalie86 . Hopefully it does:)
Some quick info I found online:). Similar to what my OB said. @queenof3 is spot on. Just try getting up slowly mama. I have to remember to do that as well.
thanks ladies...I just ate something, drunk water and took my prenatal vitamin! I'm going to lay down and see what happens and when I woke up this morning I did get up pretty fast 😔
The worst is when you're about to throw up and hop out of the bed in 0.00000001 seconds and your head feels like it's about to fall off😩😩. Take it easy mama. Pregnancy is a roller coaster.

I had that during my last pregnancy. You have to take your time when you're getting up.
