Knowing that I will be leaving the hospital today and leaving Averi here is starting to kick in and its killing me. Anyone else that has had a baby in NICU, please send your advice on ways to cope, prayers anything that will help...

Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier
