I was constantly starving but also felt like I was going to throw up all day and night until about 11 weeks. I lost weight in the first trimester! It's the worst.

when that was happening to me, some mom suggested that i not allow myself to get hungry. so first thing in the morning, ear something like an apple and jus keep eating small snacks and meals all thru the day even when u dont feel hungry bc your hunger will turn into nausea 👎

@mommy2times911, I ask BC I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum and it's very misunderstood. so if you throw up a lot and can't hold anything down and need fluids at the er. usually it lasts the whole pregnancy and is life threatening for both baby and mom. and I was just wondering in case you needed help . lmk if u do or k ow anyone that does
