Holy hell does my lower back hurt tonight. Sitting in the bathtub isn't even stopping the waves of pain 😩😩

@emileeann43, you were right! I went in early this morning but I'm not dilating. I walked for a few hours. They sent me home so I'm just suffering at home. 😒
That's exactly how my whole labor went. Just bad back pain and period like cramps in my lower belly. I wasn't even sure if I was actually in labor but I sure was! haha

No change haha. Still no contractions or mucus plug. I'm thinking it's either gonna happen all at once or I'm gonna have to be induced. But I really freaking hope not.

@emileeann43, I just talked to the nurse on call. She said if it continues for three more hours to come in and to start timing the waves of pain. Good call mama! I probably would've just laid here and cried all damn night lol
Okay. Yea contractions are different for everyone and it can feel like back pain and menstrual cramps. It is very possible to have back labor
@emileeann43, since about 8 o'clock. I never even thought this had anything to do with labor. I thought my body just hated me ha. Thanks! I'm definitely gonna look into it and call my doctor real quick.

I'd start trying to time them...if they start to get worse or have been going on for a really long time I'd call your on call dr and describe exactly what it is you're feeling and how long it's been going on and that it's coming and going and see if they want you to go in.
@emileeann43, back pain and period cramps? I did not know that lol I mean my belly tightens but it's only hurting way under my belly button. Not like my whole uterus. If that makes sense.
