My body hurt so bad I over did it today , my daughter had her first dentist appointment today on top of me going to get my work check and going grocery shopping and i didnt realise how many bags i had til i had to get them out the car by myself thankful the man at walmart loaded my car for me but unloading when i got home murder my back 😫😩😫😩😫...I will be down all day tomorrow😴😴😴😴😴!!!!

yes! I did the same thing a few days ago and I really was a little worried! I didn't realize how much I was really doing but I was picking up a bunch of items from my cousins attic and I was up and down the stairs way too many times carrying things then once home up to our 2nd floor back bedroom. we need to keep in mind we've got a little person inside us and it's easy to forget sometimes to be careful especially when it isn't our first child!
