How long would a glass of wine be in your body/breast milk for??

A single glass of wine is fine to drink. Even during a nursing session. However if it will make you feel more at ease, drink the wine right after the feeding. By the time baby is ready to nurse again, you'll be all set

Generally speaking....if you can drive, you can nurse
