If you feel your gonna hurt her or yourself maybe you should seek help. No offense but all kids are different and learn in different ways some learn quick some learn slower. You just need to be patient and continue to show her he right way to do it

are you telling her & showing her how to go? does she know that she should be going in the toilet? Let her know to tell you when she feels the need to go then sit in there with her. If you feel like you want to hurt yourself or her i think you should seek help. sorry if that sounds rude. it's not a safe thought.

If she isn't ready, put her back in diapers and try again in 6 months. It's not worth the stress. It might be how she is dealing with a new baby coming. I would just wait till she was better adjusted.

honestly I think it's the inconsistencies because her mother doesn't work with her....she's almost 4...I'm not literally going to hurt her or myself, it's just frustrating...maybe she has a learning disability....because she'll pee in the toilet and not poop...of course she knows better I just don't understand why she's back tracking now @elenalee @cubanese @lovemiithree @amaperalta03 @naomiedgd

My niece back tracked and has no leaning disability at all. Some kids just back track. Back track also shows signs of something may be going on with her that you don't know. Maybe something wrong is napping at her mothers house

It's because nobody is being consistent. my niece wasn't on the toilet till she was 5 bc her parents never kept it up. they only told her once it was too late to actually use the potty.

I know she is older, but I would not fight it and put her in pull-ups and try again in 6 months. She won't stay in diapers forever.
