do some squats if possible or walk up and down the stairs that helps with dilation

girl they were 3 to 5 minutes apart and hurt so much I was crying last night. went in. they checked monitored and checked and sent me home with a pill to help me sleep. now I can't walk or think or breathe or stand or sit when they hit

I been having contractions every 15 min since yesterday 6:30 pm and I'm going nuts already I need rest and unless they become 7 min apart I was told to stay home I feel your pain
