Call them and complain ! I had a family friend order me flowers and he told me to send him a picture so I did and he said it wasn't what he ordered so he called and complained and they sent more flowers but again they weren't what he said so finally they sent another and it was the right one lol. I ended up getting to keep all three.

my sisters then boyfriend now fiance bought her expensive beautiful lillies online since they are her favorite...when they received them all but 1 were either died or havent opened yet...they called complained and got another set sent to them...still the same quality

well i called and complain the lady said she is gonna give me money back. but it hasnt hit my account yet. and im pretty sure the flowers my mom got was supposed to be for my mother in law. i called them before 5 o'clock they said theyre gonna give me money back so my mom txted me and said the flowers were delivered but i only got one confirmation number flowers for my mother in law. guhhhh irritating

Where did you order them from? I had a similar experience and im very upset.

proflowers.com I sent an email so hoping to hear back but its very frustrating to spend so much money on flowers and get bad quality. next time I would call a local florist there and tell them what you want. they will turn out so much better!! I definitely learned my lesson.
