Is it normal to be extreamly bloated most of the month, I am petite and I have a very small frame. Size xs shirts and 00 pants.....and every single day I am soooo bloated like a small baby bump! I hate ittt! when I wear a bikini I have to like suck in lol but then again when my period is coming to an end its super flat and pretty then a couple days lateeer big belly again until my next cycle lolol

Me too!! It's flat for a couple days after af then it's bloated the whole month

I have no idea, I'm not quite as small as you.. Small shirts size 2 but I have a flat stomach and it seems like it's always bloated I just figured I need to eat better and do some sit ups lol but if you have the same issue and you're that small I doubt that will help@mother.of.angels

I'm very petite myself and I'm bloated everyday. It's worse after I eat. I have to suck in so everyone doesn't think I'm pregnant.

@mother.of.angels, Perfect I have a ton of new jeans that are 00 or 0 I'll send them to you if you'd like message me because these Jean are expensive an I want you to hv them I just don't want to dump them anywhere
