never fails, no breast milk when I pumped twice, I give him formula in a bottle and he spits up everything he ate and still no poo, once again has been latched to my boobies all day even when I attempted to pump . this is making me depressed cause I feel like a bad mom and he stays fussy so just might be taking Tiger to the hospital tonight .

have you tried any lactation stuff? drinking tons of waterr atleast 6.5 bottles of water

I have been slacking on my water intake and no what are some good lactation stuff ? I've heard they got cookies but I want something that actually works @ian022316

the cookies and fenugreek pills work, but u have to keep your water up, if you dont, u can produce what isnt there... u need to be hydrated too. Eat lots of oatmeal too, I breastfed exclusively for 14 months, and my grandma is a WIC lactation consultant so i have alot of this built in my head now haha

alright I had a lot of oatmeal last month and it kept me going too I'll do that and keep up with my water intake thanks @rachel8792
