Ok lol u can put cold pack or cold rag on them for the swelling I breastfeeding so I have to do heat but I can do cold and u can also out cabbage in your bra

@katelynn, oh okay thank you! With my first daughter I breastfed for only a few weeks so I didn't have this problem lol even when I had stopped I didn't have any issues.

o ok they say to avoid heat bc u will leak and it triggers more milk some how
