so I felt something this morning that I've never felt before. . it was like an extremely bad period…

so I felt something this morning that I've never felt before. . it was like an extremely bad period cramp that went from my stomach to my back. lasted a good min and way worse than any I've felt before. was that just some kind of growing pain or was that what contractions feels like? I never felt them with my 1st.
