I'm in St Louis and here they don't do them at the hospitals you have to pay for one at a private place or if you want a free one go thru the state in which the dad will end up on child support

you can ask to speak to a social worker at the hospital and they will help you with all that

depends on the company you go thru but usually around $400 on average

Have him pay! tell him you're going to automatically put his name on the birth certificate unless he challenges it with a paternity test. why should u have to do it when you know who you were with?

well, he's gonna have no choice! omg I wish my husband would try to tell me he wants me to set up a paternity test or pay for it.... I'd just laugh in his face to be honest!
