I saw a thing in Pinterest the other day where you take those plastic cups like you use for jello shots and per measure the powder .

liquid doesn't last long so if you get a big can and don't use it fast enough it will go bad. I watched a kid once whose mother used it and that was her biggest complaint.

don't believe theres a difference both need water added.
