Ladies I need advise.. I posted a status the other day about my mom trying to pick what dress I should wear at my baby shower she's throwing me. She keeps sending me dresses and there all ugly (sorry not sorry) and I finally told her the other night I'm picking what I want to wear and so today I look at my emails and her she goes again..Imma bout to go off on her and burst out crying! It's like she is thinking this is her shower not mine..am I wrong for wanting to wear what I want to MY baby shower?! First off not really what I want cause I want a cute dressy top with leggings and my mom wants me to wear a dress so she should be happy at least doing that for her..need help!! 😞😠😭

No just let her keep sending emails and show up in whatever you want lol that's what I'd do.

wear what you want and let her know that you'll be doing so. thank her for the suggestions she did send, but let her know that you'd be more comfortable in something else

@ginnalynn, @rockysmommy I feel bad cause I know she's excited but u guys are right, its MY shower and first baby so I should wear what I feel comfortable and pretty in. I am gunna tell her how I feel and how imma see if I could get this dress I planned on getting, and if it doesn't work I'm going with leggings and a nice top..Idk why I feel guilty cause she always does a lot for me :/ but she prolly thinks I'm not gunna be appropriate.. My family is very religious and conservative so maybe that's why she's trying to choose something for me idk and I'll admitted style is alittle skimpy but not hookerish
