they cant take you off Schedule till you are 35 weeks, or at your point of when maternity leave starts. Some jobs you just take your leave, some are scheduled depending on due date.

Well my doctor told me I can't leave my job until June 3 & I'm 35 weeks as we speak though .. But I'm not handicap I just can't do everything everybody else can do in the same speed .. @gingermama

Good point. I would definitely sue. They are descriminating you. Being pregnant falls under that. Your doctor would have to also provide a memo stating you are expecting, and you are able to work.

If you can get that, then they kinda have no fight against you.

That's what I'm saying too . My doctor says I just need light duty & my job says they have no light duty which is bull.. My doctor believes I can keep working even though I'm tired , exhausted ect @gingermama

I'm not trying to be rude or anything so please don't take this wrong - it's just something to think about. NC is an "at will" state which means they can fire you without just cause. If you're unable to perform the duties listed as job requirements when you were hired then they can also fire you without repercussions. It sucks completely, but it's true. If you haven't yet, talk to your manager or HR department. Usually, if you bring up the word "discrimination" they will change their attitude. Not all states - to my knowledge have to accommodate because you are pregnant though. It's a catch 22. But I hope this helps.
