so i was just thinking about this since i was up for a 5 am feeding ... for the breastfeeding mommas who are just starting out if you are doin a supplement along with nurse just make sure that you try to nurse first then do a supplement even if your baby is getting enough milk, because they can get constipation from the yucky formula and doing both can confuse some babies (if you just do a bottle one time without nursing first not always, but it did my boys )

i didn't think i would need a pump either but i think it may be good to get one no matter what lol I'm getting so full cause she has been nursing sooo good and i couldn't nurse this good with my boys but now i seriously leak a lot haha
