Hey ladies so I have a little issue. My in laws hate the name my husband and I picked out for our little boy . His name will be Leonardo Alan Morales My husband and I absolutely love the name Leonardo , 1. Leo for short 2. My EDD is in August so he will be a Leo (hopefully he waits until DD) and Alan because my husband wanted his son to have his middle name and Morales because of course the obvious (our last name) lol . They absolute hate it , and I don't know how to deal with it . I'm not changing it because they don't like it . But it annoys me when I go over and they complain about it . Have any of you ladies dealt with the same situation ? If so, how did you get over it ? TIA 💚

I absolutely LOVE the name! its your child so they can't say anything about it but respect you and your so's decision.

@nanabuggie, my husband told me they will have to deal with it . But they are the type that have an opinion for anything . So that's really annoying .

I know. girl when I was 18 weeks and I had an ob appt. me my baby father his mom and his brother went cause they were gonna tell us the gender. as soon as the lady said its a girl , his mom was like she's Mia Isabella Ortiz.... and it sound perfect to Me so we went with it. so basically her grandmom named her lol . but if u choose a name already then she has to except it.

I understand. My in laws are already trying to name our baby for us even though we have a name picked for each gender. It'll be difficult but don't let them change your mind. It's a beautiful name :)
