I've gained 9lbs so far. At 19 weeks and feeling pretty great. I still able to CrossFit although the intensity has changed a bit. Trying not to gain too much and stay within the normal 15-20lbs that my OB said is normal for me.
Is anyone working out while preggie? What about weight gain, are you within your normal ranges? Not gonna lie, some days I feel fat...but I love my little human in the making so much!💕👶🏼🏋🏽
