they have some strips you can buy to check your milk to see if you still have alcohol in your milk supply. they have the strips at target , babies r us, and walmart

the rule is if you're safe to drive you're safe to breastfeed. so if you've had to many drinks to legally drive, you probably shouldn't, but as long as you feel sober enough to drive you can nurse.
