my brat got his haircut now he sleep as we sit and wait for my bf to get off work

I hate to be that person but he looks like he still needs to be in a booster. The belt is going across his stomach not his lap and can cause a lot of damage in an accident and also the chest belt needs to be across his chest not beside or behind him.
