If you or the baby test positive for thc they will open an investigation but they won't take your baby away over weed. I smoked at the very beginning because nothing would stay down and at my 18 week dr appointment my dr told me about a random drug screening that i failed and told me that they would continue to be random but just to be straight up with him because he doesnt believe that it really does any more harm then starvation would do. Its really just up to your dr.
