I hated that too although I had a vaginal delivery so it hurt anyway even after the 6 weeks :'(

talk to your doctor, but mine told me as soon as I felt like my incision was closed enough I could have sex, they didn't do anything with your whoha so there aren't stitches there, just make sure you use protection
