Food cravings mean you're lacking in a nutrient. For example, craving chocolate is an indication that your body lacks magnesium which is found in foods like salmon, almonds and so on. You can Google what you're craving and often find a nutrient that your body lacks as well as suggestions for what you should eat. Of course we all have those mental cravings of just wanting to enjoy sweets or salty foods but give that a try- I also often create healthy versions of what I'm craving.
