I can't I have a 5 year old and I'm alone at home in the morning with them and I work in the afternoon. I'm so mad all the time like I feel so bad for my son and daughter :(

Do you sleep when she does? It's important for you to rest as much as possible! I for one hate sleeping in the middle of the day, but I make sure I sleep when my baby does that way I'm not groggy and weak when I need to care for her.
