So not a responsible pet owner! Clean up after your dogs! Ugh. That's so annoying I'd do the same thing. I always carry baggies to pick up my pups poop! It's the right freaking thing to do!

@twinscomingsoon, this is an ongoing issue. We have leash laws in my town, but either he lets his dogs run free or they escape his fence. My kids can't even play without me having to check. And I don't even own any animals!
