I hate when my boyfriend who is black has relatives or friends (mainly woman) who say to him "damn you couldn't get a black girl". Not only is that offensive to me but it's offensive to our relationship & unity. Now why do Spanish people have to stick with spanish, black with black, white with white, etc? Why does it matter so much? My boyfriend has dated black woman and women of other ethnicity. So when we found attraction in each other it was never based off the color of our skin but based off out personality and who we really are. I love him so much & I know he loves me. Why can't we just love each other? Why can't people be happy that we are happy? ALL LIVES MATTER!!! I also see and hear woman make random comments when seeing us together. My boyfriends loves his skin and never steered away from woman of color we just so happened to fall in love. So why all the hate for? In the end All lives matter

@missytoyou, your absolutely correct I can't get mad at what strangers say. But when it comes to his family I do get hurt cause I do want his family to like me cause I'm good to him. My family treats him like he's family. I'm all about family and I know I shouldn't care what people say period. But it's to the point I don't feel comfortable being around some of his family cause they are quick to watch and judge my every move so I stay away from them. But I feel bad taking my daughter away from her family I just want us to all be cool so my daughter can get to know everybody in her family

Because people are haters. People are ol fashioned in their thinking and think you should only be with your own race. The first time I ever dated a black guy my dad went nuts! Sayin white girls don't date black men. It doesn't look right. Bunch of racist BS. Just learn to ignore it. If you happy that's all that matters. Screw what other people think.
