My labor story.

I went in for my 38 week check up yesterday with pressure in my butt area. They checked to see if he was head down via ultrasound then I had a little contraction in the bathroom providing my urine sample. When my doctor checked for dilation I was 4 cm! I was told to go to the ob/labor&delivery; for them to check for progress. Needless to say I could not feel the contractions. I dilated a 5 and 1/2 before my doctor broke my water and started pitocin. Yes, when I felt those big contractions I gave in and got an epidural. Not soon later they had me pushing. I got an episodime (however you spell it) Finally at 11:51 pm yesterday, my baby boy was born weighing 7lb 3oz and was 19 and 1/2 inches in length. The pain was so worth his gorgeous self ❤💙
