subchronical bleeding...anyone has this or had this?

I had a subchornic hematoma in the begging of my pregnancy which caused me to bleed was on bed rest 2 weeks and then it went away

okay so when they say bed rest does it mean not do anything at all?

yes because I was bleeding pretty bad I didn't clean or cook I stayed in bed unless I had to use the restroom

okay. @countrymama166 I'm not bleeding right now which gives me relief..but I'll be sure to rest

They ask you not to be on your feet because it could increase/contribute to the bleeding.. Little movement as possible, no bending, lifting, twisting, etc.. Just relax for a couple days at least!
