Well I would honestly combine the bags you don't really need much for the baby's because th give you so much at the hospital I would say a newborn going home outfit and maybe a back up outfit that's 3 months just in case you don't know how big your baby is going to be. Recieving blanket and hat socks maybe the little mittens and that's it

chap stick, shampoo, conditioner, flip flops for the shower, body wash, deoderant, tooth brush tooth paste... boppy pillow for baby.
