My daughter is almost 2, when she's sleepy, sick or is stressed (crying hard), her left eye sometimes gets "stuck" but she has a good enough control over it to immediately bring it back to where it's supposed to be. She also wears glasses.
its not that bad. My little brother's eye was worse. The dr had him wearing an eye patch to straighten that eye out. It didnt work...so they gave him some really strong prescription glasses (he got that trait from my mom) she's blind in her lazy eye.

my little cousin has one she's been wearing glasses since she was 2. she had to wear a patch on her eye for 6 months

I would definitely bring her to the eye doctors. That young it will be an easy fix usually they will start with an eye patch.
