I'm 38 weeks and my pelvic has been hurting since last week but last night things got worse my baby…

I'm 38 weeks and my pelvic has been hurting since last week but last night things got worse my baby keeps moving a lot. I can't seem to walk it hurts so i actually have to walk like a penguin slow & side ways .. I have a lol but of back pain & every time I get up I pre on my self ... do you think I'm getting ready for labor? and if I am is there anything I need to do ? this is my 3rd pregnancy I've never had anything close to this ...
