I want to know if this is true as well

I read something about it.. But I was wondering if it's true or not. Because if it is then whenever I get pregnant I have some changes I need to be making. @mlgh92

Well it can raise the babies temp by raising your temp and that's not a good thing.. I was told not to have the water be so hot I had to ease into it when I was in the last few months of my pregnancy but I don't know about before then

You're essentially boiling the baby.... Which yes would technically cause what we would call as heat stroke...

I've lost 2 babies and I really want to know because nobody knows why I lost my babies and I took extremely hot showers everyday because that's the only thing that would relax me so I wouldn't throw up. I had morning sickness like crazy.

it's the fact that the hot water makes your blood move to other parts of your body and not to your baby. at least that's what I've read and been told.

A protocol to follow after they did the IVF transfer was that I couldn't take really hot showers or baths because it can cause the temperature to get too hot leading to spinal problems in the baby and possibly miscarriage
