i feel like crap :(

been sick for 3 days already scheduled a dr appointment for tomorrow because my nose is clogged, i cannot breathe at all, blowing my nose every 2-5 minutes or so, after i blow my nose i get a bad headache and cant hear out of my ears sometimes after i blow my nose, i use a humidifier at night, i can never sleep because of my stuffy nose, im taking vitamin c drops to help sooth my throat because it gets sore in the mornings or during the night and i am constantly waking up putting on more vicks and once it wares off, i wake up :/ i just wanna feel better already.. i hate feeling sick and im nlt getting enough sleep and so im really exhausted 😩😩😭😭😭😭
