Maybe a clogged tear duct ! My daughter had it from a week old to maybe two months old ! Her eyes would always be all gooey & watery ! Looked like pink eye minus the eye being red.

use a worm wet wash cloth .hold it on there for a minute or so to soften it up. and don't put to much presser.

I would massage the corner of the eye and press down a little and stuff would come oozing out ! It really did help doing that !
