has anyone had an umbilical hernia? i think i have one or at least one above my belly button and it hurts all the time as well as I cant lay on my right side because my stomach wont move so i can breathe. its very painful to where my stomach hurts to be touched. anyone have any advice or experiences?

I had one but it didn't bother me until after I had my son. Surgery was about 25mins and the recovery wasn't bad either

i think i have one bc there is a spot that feels so painful. i can't touch it and if it gets bumped it hurts so bad. did you have anything that helped with the pain? @mira423

@sierranichols, my pain would last for about a week and go away for a little while, but it was excruciating and all they gave me was pain meds which didn't stop the full pain. The only thing that helped was surgery
