Yes you can drink ,you can pump milk before. It takes 24hrs for the alcohol to get out of your system.

Babies-R-Us has them, you test them to know if your milk is ok or you need to pump and dump, pretty awesome invention if you ask me lol us Mom's still needs some wine or something and still be able to be a great mommie too;)
