Freaked me out. Because Iv been literally having them all day today and my baby hasn't moved at all today so I'm scared. @graciesmama

Yep just Braxton hicks. They're "practice" contractions. I personally haven't had a single one during my pregnancy but they're super common

drink something cold or sugary & lay down and see if you feel baby.

you can even poke around at your stomach too that usually gets them moving

Iv drank cold, sugary been laying around all day also been poking at all belly and he has not kicked me at all today and usually he kicks me all day long and strong kicks too but nothing today. So my heart is just pounding just saying come on baby just kick me once so I know your okay. Im just worried @emkasting @graciesmama

it could also be baby's position too, I didn't feel a single movement two days ago but since then I've felt her moving and I just realized she was in a different position where I couldn't feel her. and also baby's have lazy days. I'm sure he's fine!

When I was around 25-26 weeks I went through a whole week where I barely felt baby. I was SO worried. Thankfully I have a Doppler so I listened to his heartbeat every day (I highly recommend a Doppler for this reason) but when I asked my dr about it she told me it was very likely that baby had just turned to face my spine and that's why I wasn't feeling any of the movements. Try not to worry! If you still haven't felt anything by early afternoon tomorrow just give your doc a call :)

@emkasting, I have a Doppler lol and I also been listening to my sons heart all day today but it still freaked me out because he's usually very active then today he wasn't. And usually when I use my Doppler he kicks it but today he didn't.

I understand!! Completely. Maybe he's facing your spine just like my baby was! Since you have a Doppler that should help ease your mind a bit!

@samgagne no but I feel like a lot of people have that one!! I've heard it's great! I have one that you use headphones with and it doesn't have a screen, my bf bought it for me for Xmas cause I really wanted one. I just calculate the BPM myself and it works fine. But even though it was a little cheaper than the one you have it still works perfectly! I'm obsessed haha. It has saved me so much worry this whole pregnancy
