So far lost 16 pounds during this pregnancy I know you usually lose in the first trimester but it seems like the weight loss isn't stopping. I eat a lot and still continue to lose weight and now doc wants me to gain 1/2 lb a week. Now I have even more of a reason to eat even more

It's normal, my friend didn't gain nothing at all during her whole pregnancy her doctor put her on special diets but they didn't work, she couldn't gain she kept loosing.

@daij, I know it happened my first pregnancy too but I was at a different ob so it never concerned them. This ob is different so it seems to concern her. I said if the baby is growing is shouldn't matter. But I'll eat some more lol

Well if baby is growing fine then there shouldn't be any worry. And I like the Vanilla flavor 😊
