Hey ladies I have a question I have a friend who is having a baby but doesn't wanna be with the mom…

Every state's laws are different but in Florida the father automatically gets 50% custody unless they agree to less time. Fathers have rights too and the judges want both parents to be involved.

@tezsmomma yea he's thought about that but he doesn't wanna get to that point he wants to be able to be civil about it. She's just so stubborn and obsessed with him no matter what he does she just won't leave its crazy.

@maria1066 and that will be the reason he may need the lawyers I'm telling I've seen both sides to this as I have a brother and she would not accept the fact that he did not want to be with her she would play keep away until he got the courts involved for visitation they had to force her to let him see she even tried to ship the baby off to her parent so he couldn't see now he has full custody because of her shenanigans

if i was in his shoes, id be speaking to a lawer to get my visitation rights. just because he doesnt want a relationship doesnt mean she needs to criticise him and use the baby against him just cause he don't wanna be with her ... tbh i HATE females like that. God, i wish i had a father in my life cause every child deserves to have a father apart of their lives. and for her to try and send the baby off to her parents is fucked up but im glad he has full custody of the baby! she needs to sit down and understand and learn to co-parent and keep it civilized.. she may be mad or hurt but its not the babys fault! but i do wish him the best :)

me too! like seriously dont use the baby -_- even when me and my childs father weren't together at one point id NEVER keep my son from him cause im not shady to do that but im glad things turned out better for him :) did he get custody through court?? cause if she still tries to keep the baby away she can lose her rights and maybe even go to jail @maria1066

I suggest he take her to court to get custody. They can't deny him any time with the baby. He can simply say that she wouldn't let him see the baby unless they were in a relationship and explain to the judge he still wants to be there. Then she can't take the baby away from him.
