so I fell down some stairs about 2 years ago at our old apartment and contused my back at that time. took about 6 months to get back to some sort of normalcy. I'm a nurse and work 12h shifts and I'm on my feet about 10 of those hours and with lifting and moving patients I've got lower back pain to begin with. I heard that with pregnancy things start moving around and softening down there in preparation for baby and my coccyx/sacral area has been very painful lately and when I lay down on my back and need to move to a side its very painful I just feel like the bones are loose down there. I plan on seeing a chiropractor post delivery but is this feeling normal with pregnancy? I knew my back pain would get worse I just want to see if its a "normal" type of back pain during pregnancy 😅
no problem @jwest267 my ob was only able to offer weekly physical therapy which I did refuse. good luck to ya!
ugh ouch! I plan on talking to my ob tomorrow at my appointment but was hoping for a little feedback from other moms too! thank you for responding @mcdowell15 !
my tailbone hurts literally all the time. I fell down the stairs at the beginning of my pregnancy and ever since then my hips and tailbone are constantly in some kind of pain.

Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. I was crying so bad it hurt. And I have a lot of pressure on my vagaga...does this sound like preterm labor? I'm about to call my dr
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
thank you! @mcdowell15
