I've had a fever for the past two days , trying to just get rid of it at home ..... Loss of appetite…

I've had a fever for the past two days , trying to just get rid of it at home ..... Loss of appetite sucks cause then I try to eat and throw up :( I don't want to go into the ER they will only take 6 hrs to see me and then send me home with no solution so I'd rather stay home .. Doctors appointment on Friday anyways to check on baby !
